It's simple and easy to shop at CT Jewelry Design.com. Use the category buttons across the top of every page to browse our store. Once you see a piece you like, click on the picture to see detailed information and a larger picture. To see even more close-up views of the designs use the “Detail Views” arrows. To purchase the piece, just click on “Add to Cart”. You will be directed to “Your Shopping Cart” a secure PayPal payments page which shows a summary of your items. From this page you can change quantities or delete items. From here, click on “Continue shopping” to return to the page you were on. Once you are finished shopping, click on “Proceed to checkout”. Here you will enter your billing and shipping information.

However all products must be returned in their original condition. Products which have been modified by any 3rd party or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping and handling is absolutely free. In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail® with confirmation. Orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the date you placed your order.
International Shipping rates are calculated based on shipping USPS First Class International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in the shipping charges.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by E-mail if we determine your order will not ship by the above timeframe.
Expedited Shipping
FedEx® Standard Overnight shipping is available for in stock items only at a flat rate of $21.95. Shipments usually arrive within 1-3 business days from the date you placed your order. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes.
Gift Boxes
Each CT Jewelry Design includes a complimentary gift box for gift giving. We are happy to include a personalize gift card on request, absolutely free.
Custom Designing
CT Jewelry Design.com has custom designing available if you have something in mind in a different metal, stone(s) or length. Based on your ideas, we can discuss many possibilities. Whether it's bridal jewelry for you or your wedding party, a gift or something special just for you, we are happy to provide innovative suggestions and technical expertise for your custom design. Simply Contact Us for a telephone consultation. We're always open to our customers' personal requests and would love to hear from you.
To prepare for the consultation process think about what you would like to achieve. It's a good idea to write down any questions you may have and what your budget is. After the consultation, a quote for your project will be provided. Once agreement is reached, a 50% deposit will be required on all custom designs to start production with the balance due upon completion. Once your design is complete a photo will be sent to you for approval via E-mail. Depending on the design, the quantity ordered and the time of the year most projects may take 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.
Photography
We try our best to accurately display the size and color of our designs, but please be aware that different monitors will render color differently. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to photography techniques, screen resolution or window size. Photography can not always capture the beauty of each piece, therefore we guarantee each CT Jewelry Design to be more beautiful than the photo.
